How to request a return

  2. SKU number(s) for the item(s) you would like to return (shown on your order)
  3. Reason for return

Return eligibility requirements

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Original tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, odors, or signs of wear.
  • All returns must include an order packing slip clearly indicating which items are being returned.
Important: Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or experience processing delays.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Undergarments
  • Beauty products and cosmetics
  • Accessories
  • All items marked SALE

Return processing & store credit

  • Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
  • Approved returns are refunded as store credit in the form of a LosAngelesLingerie.com E-Gift Card.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.
  • E-Gift Cards never expire and are redeemable right away.

Return shipping responsibility

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • With limited exceptions, we do not provide prepaid return labels.
  • We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
  • Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us via Contact Us within 5 days of delivery. Once we receive your request, we will follow up to resolve the issue.

Returned-to-sender & refused packages

This can happen if:

  • The shipping address is invalid or missing information
  • The carrier is unable to deliver your package
  • The order is refused by the customer at delivery

Returned-to-sender or refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge.

Address Tip: Please make sure your address is entered correctly at checkout and includes unit/apartment number if applicable. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided at the time of purchase.

Reserved rights regarding returns

We reserve the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns at any time due to factors such as:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history
  • Returns involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity due to similar actions. Non-LosAngelesLingerie.com items sent to us will be discarded upon receipt.

Returning by mail

All returns must include an order packing slip. If you need a copy, you may print one here: Print a return slip .

Depending on the shipping method, your return package may take time to reach us. Please allow 5–7 business days to process your return once it is delivered to us. LosAngelesLingerie.com is not responsible for returns until they reach our address. Please ship with tracking and keep proof of postage; without confirmed delivery, store credit cannot be issued.
