A: Most orders ship via USPS. Larger orders may ship via UPS or FedEx Ground.

A: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and approved freight carriers when necessary.

A: Yes. All shipments are fully insured.

A: All orders are shipped in plain, non-descript packaging.

Q: What if my order is damaged during shipping?

A: Please take photos of the damage and keep all packaging. File a carrier claim and we will assist.

Q: What happens if my package is returned?

  • Refused orders may be re-shipped once at customer expense.
  • Orders returned again require pre-payment.
  • 20% restocking fee applies plus shipping costs.

Q: What if I receive a defective item?

A: Manufacturer defects must be reported within 5 days. We cover defects 100%.
