A: We use all non-descript boxes to ship your packages. All of our orders are shipped 100% discreetly.

A: In the event any of your boxes are damaged during shipping you, you are covered.

We will help you all the way and will do all we can to get it fix but the first step is that you must file a complaint with your carrier company. It is smart to take a picture and document the damage. Always keep the damaged boxes and packing materials. This is necessary for your claim with the carrier.

Q: What if my package is returned to Los Angeles Lingerie?
A: If your package got refused by you, order can be re-shipped at client’s expense one time. Orders returned again will be sent only after pre-payment. Customer will be responsible for 20% restocking fee and all shipping costs on all refused orders.

A: We will cover that 100%. products with manufacturer defects must be reported immediately or within 5 days of receipt to us. Contact us regarding replacement and return. All returns require a authorization.
